Civil engineering is a specialty that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of physical and natural environments, including public works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, sewers, pipelines and structural components of buildings. And railway civil engineering is traditionally divided into several sub-branches. It is considered the second oldest engineering discipline after military engineering and is defined to differentiate between civil and military engineering.
